Unpaid for Epic Games Marketplace Content

As a person who makes content for the Epic Games Marketplace, I've had trouble getting paid for my work. I put my content on the site in November, and I've already made close to $3,000 from it. Even though I've been successful, I haven't been paid yet. My payment is still "in-progress" on the payment screen, and I haven't been able to reach the support team for help. Even when I do manage to get in touch with them, they can't help me or give me payment documents. This is a very frustrating situation, and I'm eager to get paid for the work I've already done. Please help me speak up so that my problem can be fixed.
