Persistent Loading Screen Issue with FC24 on EA Games App

I think there might be an issue with the EA Games app. I bought FC24 from Epic Games and after playing for around 50 hours, I ran into a problem where the game keeps going back to the EA-Epic launcher after the loading screen shows up. I've been dealing with this ongoing issue for quite some time now, and unfortunately, I haven't had any luck accessing any EA Games in the past couple of months. The EA support representative informed me that the engineers are currently addressing the issue and are actively working towards finding a solution. However, they were unable to provide an estimated timeframe for when the issue will be resolved. I need assistance.
