Unable to Play FC24 and BF1 on Epic Games Due to EA AntiCheat Error

About a year ago, I purchased FC24 on Epic Games. A few months ago, I bought a new PC and attempted to install and play the game. Despite multiple attempts, I haven’t been able to open the game. For nearly five months, I’ve been trying to resolve this issue without success.
I also downloaded BF1, but it won’t open either. It seems I cannot access any games that run through EA, as I keep encountering an "EA AntiCheat encountered an error" message. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue so I can access and enjoy the games I purchased. EA and Epic Games must address this problem promptly.
