Supermarket Manager 2024 on Epic Games Won’t Save

I purchased Supermarket Manager 2024 on Epic Games, but I am unable to save my progress. This makes the game completely unplayable, as I lose everything each time I exit.

I reached out to both Epic Games and the game’s developer, Indiegames300, but neither provided any help or even attempted to resolve the issue. I paid for a game I can’t even use, and this is completely unacceptable—especially when every penny counts in today’s economy.

I refuse to pay for a broken product, and I expect a full refund. If Epic Games does not address this, I will escalate the matter further. Fix the issue or refund my money immediately!
