I Can’t Access Mass Effect via Steam or Game Pass

I purchased Mass Effect on Steam and was able to play through EA’s login system without issues—until now. Suddenly, I can’t log in through Steam or through my Xbox Game Pass account, even though it worked just fine yesterday.

I’ve tried everything—restarting, reinstalling, reconnecting accounts—but nothing works. I paid a significant amount of money for this game and Game Pass, yet I’m completely locked out with no explanation or fix.

This is unacceptable. I either want full access to the game I paid for or my money refunded immediately. EA and Steam, stop passing the responsibility around and provide a real solution now. I shouldn’t have to fight this hard just to play a game I legally own.
