Enza Home Staff's Disrespectful Phone Response

On 01.06.2026, while trying to reach the Enza Home store from which I purchased a product, I accidentally called your branch located next to Memorial Hospital, Yelken Plaza, Mevlana Boulevard, Balgat, Çankaya/Ankara. I first called from a mobile phone and then from a landline, intending to contact the other Enza Home store where I had actually made my purchase. I explained to the staff member who answered the phone that I had called the wrong branch by mistake, apologized, and asked if they knew the phone number of the other Enza Home store where I bought the product. After stating that they did not know the number, while ending the call, the staff member used the expression "You can’t be that clueless" towards me. I find it completely unacceptable for a customer to be addressed in such a disrespectful manner, especially when the only issue was that the wrong branch was called by mistake. This attitude is not compatible with the Enza Home brand image. After this incident, I contacted Enza Home customer services and was only told that I would be informed, but I have not yet received any clear feedback. Due to this disrespectful behaviour, I request that the necessary action be taken regarding the relevant staff member and that a clear and direct apology be offered to me.
