Enza Home Bold Corner Not Delivered - Refund Request

On 16.02.2026, we purchased an Enza Home Bold Corner product from the Ankara Balgat Enza Home store. During the sales process, the sales representatives clearly stated that the product was in stock and would be delivered on time. However, despite this commitment, the product has not been delivered and we discovered that it was in fact not in stock. The store staff have repeatedly given misleading information about the delivery process and timing. Each time we contacted them, instead of providing a clear and honest explanation, they continued with contradictory and untrue statements and showed no effort to produce a solution. We felt that they did not respect us as customers and did not take our problem seriously. Due to this situation, we have completely lost our trust in both the store and the sales team. We no longer want this product and we request that our payment for the Enza Home Bold Corner be fully refunded without any deductions as soon as possible.
