Enza Home Missing Screws and Rods Prevent Wardrobe Assembly

On February 13, I placed an online order with Enza Home for a Sirona model wardrobe under order number 3157514524211812. The product was delivered toward the end of March; however, several essential parts, including the rods and some screws, were missing. Because of these missing components, I have been unable to fully assemble or use the wardrobe.

When I contacted Enza Home regarding the missing parts, I was informed that they would be supplied and delivered within 21 business days. However, despite waiting for approximately three weeks, the parts have still not been sent, and I have not received any clear or timely updates about the process.

Being unable to assemble and use a wardrobe due to missing parts after such a long wait has caused significant inconvenience and has damaged my trust in the brand. I request that the missing rods and screws for my Sirona wardrobe be urgently supplied and delivered to me, and that I be provided with clear and timely updates regarding this issue. Otherwise, I must state that this experience has completely discouraged me from choosing Enza Home again.
