Enza Home Fails to Refund After Wrong Product Delivery

I ordered a Briza Plus model sofa from Enza Home, but on January 23, 2026, a completely incorrect product was delivered to my address. During delivery, I immediately noticed that the item did not match the Briza Plus sofa I had ordered, so I refused to accept the delivery, an official incorrect-product report was prepared, and the product was taken back the same day. Even though I reported the issue right away, I was told that a refund would only be processed after the incorrectly delivered product reached their warehouse. Despite never accepting the product, I am now being disadvantaged because I neither have access to the correct product nor have I received a refund of the amount I paid. Due to the slow and unclear handling of this process, I am experiencing serious inconvenience and a significant loss of time. The order number for my online purchase is 3130147001611786. I request that my refund be processed urgently without waiting for the incorrect product to arrive at the warehouse, or that the Briza Plus sofa specified in my order be delivered to me correctly, completely, and as soon as possible.
