Enza Home Delivered Wrong And Damaged Sofas

I experienced serious issues with my order #1104597396 from Enza Home Kurtköy Lens branch. My initial order was delivered two months later than the promised date, and when it finally arrived, both sofas — which were supposed to be one three-seater and one two-and-a-half-seater — turned out to be two two-and-a-half-seaters, both damaged. I had paid the full amount in cash, and the entire process took four months. I will also share the invoice images. I contacted Mr. M******* from the Kurtköy Lens Enza Home branch multiple times about these problems. Although he kept apologizing and offering small gifts, we were constantly left waiting with no updates. We waited two months for the three-seater sofa, repeatedly having to call and follow up ourselves. When we were finally told it had arrived, they said it was still in storage, waiting for the other piece. Due to the prolonged delays and poor handling of the process, I requested a refund, but Mr. M******* said I had no such right. When the three-seater was eventually delivered, it was already assembled and couldn’t even fit through the door — quite shocking for such a major company not to know that large furniture should be delivered disassembled. These problems kept repeating, and each time we had to chase after a solution ourselves. In the end, since we no longer wanted to deal with this ordeal, we requested a refund, but Mr. M******* claimed Enza Home did not approve it and that he was in contact with the main company. Our products are under warranty, and we now demand that Enza Home’s authorized representatives contact us immediately and issue a full refund.
