On July 21, 2026, I traveled from Istanbul Airport to Kraljevo on an Air Serbia flight booked through Enuygun under reservation number JDKWDK. During the booking process, I paid an additional fee for three checked bags.
As a result of the problems I experienced during this trip, I suffered significant inconvenience, stress, and unexpected financial losses. In addition to the baggage fees I paid, I had to incur extra expenses for essential clothing and personal items, as well as medication required for my child's medical treatment.
I respectfully request a full refund of the fees I paid for the three checked bags, reimbursement of the reasonable expenses I was forced to incur because of the issues related to my trip, and a written explanation regarding the handling of my case.
