Enpara Account Application Rejected Without Explanation After a Week of Waiting
Have I been waiting for your call for a whole week just for this? Or did you simply not bother because I selected the “unemployed” option and gave truthful information? Would I have been a more valuable customer if I had entered false information and opened the account that way? At the end of the application, you said it had to be completed via video, yet you did not provide any call option in the app. Was that also because of this? Did you reject my application without any explanation just because the weekend came and nobody felt like dealing with it, or is your goal to run constant flashy ads and then, after making me wait for a simple current account request for a week, respond like this and treat potential customers as if they are stupid? The application has been resubmitted.
Progress
We are not dealing with the Central Bank, but with a private bank, yet during Enpara's account opening process I felt as if I were being interrogated. For the second time, my account application received a negative response with the same indifferent and non‑explanatory SMS text.
A structure that once behaved much more flexibly to grow quickly and opened accounts easily for many people now, under the pretext of “security,” arbitrarily refuses even to open a salary account, which creates a huge contradiction. At this point, being treated as a potentially risky customer without any concrete justification is not the approach I expect from a bank that takes its work seriously.
My reason for choosing Enpara was the possibility of fee‑free transactions. A customer with deposits can already obtain balance‑based exemptions from many banks. In this situation, opting for a fully digital bank, where the applicant cannot find a physical counterpart, is a risk in itself. Nevertheless, the fact that no concrete explanation is given to the applicant and no information is shared about the criteria used for the assessment is unacceptable.
One of the most fundamental banking principles is to first know the customer, monitor them, and, if there are doubts, detect and evaluate them during the process. In contrast, rejecting the application from the outset, without establishing any relationship or even granting the possibility to transact, as if the “real beneficiary” of the account were not me, is extremely disturbing both professionally and in terms of customer relations.
As long as my applications continue to be rejected with the same template messages and no explanations, I will keep re‑applying. I hope that your team reviewing the applications will reconsider the methods and approach they use and conduct an evaluation that truly reflects the care and transparency required by the banking profession.

Hello, We have reviewed our customer's request and provided written information to the email address registered with Enpara on 21/09/2026. You can always reach us for any matter through our Solution Center. Best regards, Enpara
Are we opening an individual account at the Central Bank? Which bank’s procedure is this? For the second time you sent the same cold, formulaic, indifferent SMS response. When it was time to enter the market, you opened accounts for anyone who came forward, turning a blind eye to what financial crimes they might be facilitating; you tore apart SGA/TF standards, you ate various penalties from MASAK, and today, under the pretext of “security,” you arbitrarily refuse to even open a salary account for people if you don’t feel like it. Or did you just lump everyone who comes in as “staff,” and while drinking coffee you don’t even look at the requests just to avoid any inconvenience. People choose Enpara solely because it offers cost‑free transactions. A deposit customer already receives exemption based on their balance; why would they come from any bank and expose themselves to the risk of a branchless bank? In the first place they would have no physical counterpart to deal with; why bother with this so‑called bank that pretends to do banking in this way. Much more importantly, with what logic and under what label do you treat me as a potential financial criminal, insisting that I am not the “real beneficiary” of the account I want to open? According to the requirements of your profession, you know that “first you start the activity, you monitor it initially; later, if a suspicion arises and after a careful monitoring‑investigation process the suspicion becomes certain, and if risky transactions do not materialize, the work is terminated.” This is the first rule taught to a novice banker in their first week, yet you don’t know it and consider yourselves bankers. Who are these people left in the hands of the sector, lacking empathy and professional competence? As long as your incompetent staff who think they are bankers and your administrative approach keep sending the application back, I will reapply. I hope that by continually rejecting me, your professional investigations will actually help someone become a real banker. Kemal Aydın
They started canceling applications in a rapid series within three or five minutes without even looking at the application. Proof that advertising does not constitute banking, Enpara.
