Although I am a real person, I still can't manage to speak with a customer representative. This is a frustrating situation for me because I want to pay my debt. About 4 months ago, I made a mistake with my card, and later, even though I tried to resolve it via video call, holding my ID in my hand, the woman I was talking to abruptly ended the call. Despite having my ID with me and being on the call, no one followed up. They deliberately made things difficult for me, even though I have full internet access. My debt has been accumulating for four months, and I want to settle it, but I haven't been able to reach anyone. Please, show some humanity. When I call, I keep hearing the same response: "You have debt." Even though I haven’t been using the account for a year, the same thing is repeated. I want to pay what I owe, but at least give me a chance to access my account.
