Electrolux EW8F161PSTC Washing Machine Problems Ignored Despite Service Requests

We made a service request regarding the squeezing and drum noise complaint of the Electrolux Brand EW8F161PSTC model washing machine that I bought on 25.11.2022. In the checks carried out by the service, they stated that there was a problem with the pistons of the machine and that they opened a request for a replacement within the warranty. Then, friends came for the replacement and completely disassembled the device and took it apart. As a user, they destroyed a product that we had just purchased, which was not yet 2 years old, and the piston was replaced. Thereupon, after 1 or 2 weeks, we encountered problems such that the device was tightening worse and the bowl was coming out of place. While squeezing, the body of the device started to make noises. Since it was disassembled, we opened a record again and when the service checked, it stated that the problem was not solved and the problem continued, which is my natural right as a user. I requested a replacement and the service personnel wrote on the service form that the problem continued and that the customer requested a replacement and that his device was suitable for replacement, signed the form and forwarded it to the center. The feedback from the company was that the replacement of the device was negative and there was no problem with the device. We have been arguing with my wife about this problem for about 2-3 months. He says he will do it and sends a staff member from the center, he came with a piece of paper written on the exchange in his hand, he looked at it for 15 minutes, said there was no problem with the device, left and left and they victimized us, no response is given, the saddest thing is that when we called customer service, they said go and solve your problem with the Consumer Arbitration Board, it's complete chaos and regret.
