Electrolux Dryer Not Working and Parts Unavailable for Over 30 Days

My Electrolux EW7HL81W4 dryer broke down, and after inspection by the authorized service center, I was informed that there are issues with the RAM and sensor components. I was also told that these parts cannot currently be sourced from overseas. I have been waiting for approximately 31 days for the parts to be supplied, and during this time, no concrete steps have been taken to resolve the issue. In my conversations with the authorized service center and customer support, I was repeatedly told only that the parts would come from abroad and that I needed to wait. No alternative solution, estimated timeline, or effort to minimize my inconvenience has been offered. Being left in uncertainty for such an extended period without being able to use my appliance is unacceptable.

To resolve the inconvenience I have experienced, I am requesting that my defective dryer either be replaced with a new unit or that I be issued a full refund. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly without further delay.
