Electrolux Blender Set Mixed Rust into My Baby's Food and Poses a Serious Health Risk
We bought the Electrolux E5HB2-8SS Blender Set. I used this product to prepare food for my baby. The inside of the rondo section gets rusty and mixes with the food. At first we thought the dirty part was leftover food, but even if we wipe it clean as stated in the user manual, it never goes away. There is a rusty metal inside and this part comes into contact with the food. It caused my baby to eat rusty food. If it was in Europe, they would have to pay huge compensations, but there is no inspection in Turkey. I am very complaining. I also use other products of this brand. It was a brand I trusted, but this product was a disappointment. It does not suit the brand at all. This product should be removed from sale immediately.
This is a standard response. There is nothing in the message about my complaint or any proposed solution! Writing a copy-paste response does not reflect the quality expected from you. What are you doing? A brand can only be diminished this much. You should review the criteria of your customer service unit.
