Konami ID Hacked: Email Changed and eFootball Account Inaccessible

I am an Efootball player from Indonesia and I use a Konami ID to access the game. On 5 July 2026 my Konami ID appears to have been stolen and the email address linked to my account was changed by someone else without my consent. Since this unauthorized change, I can no longer access my account and I am worried about the security of my personal data and in‑game progress. My game data is associated with the code ASBB-836-250-108. I have not yet been able to contact Konami or Efootball customer support, so I am submitting this complaint to request urgent help. I kindly ask Konami to investigate this unauthorized access, reverse the email change on my Konami ID, and help me recover full access to my account. I also request that any suspicious activity on this account be checked and that my account be secured so that such a situation does not happen again.
