eFootball PS5 Stuck on Loading Icon With Server Connection Failed Error

As of this evening, I have been completely unable to log into eFootball on my PlayStation 5. When I open the game, only the spinning eFootball icon remains on the screen, and I receive a “server connection could not be established” warning. Because of this issue, I cannot play any online matches.

I have invested a significant amount of money into the game and have spent approximately $375 so far. Despite this, being unable to access the game and play because of this error is causing me both financial and emotional frustration. I already reset my modem, but the problem continues. I have tried everything I can personally do on my side regarding the connection.

I request that this issue be resolved urgently, that the server connection error be permanently fixed, and that my losses and inconvenience — especially considering the amount of money I have spent on the game — be properly compensated.
