I have been playing eFootball Mobile for a long time, approximately 3–4 years. During this time, I have spent more than 7,000–8,000 tokens, especially on Show Time and legendary player packs. Despite all these openings, I have almost never received any strong or useful players, which has caused me to lose motivation and enjoyment in the game.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that many players who started the game much later than I did now have accounts that are significantly stronger than mine, which makes the system feel unfair and unbalanced.
Even though I have been regularly spending tokens for a long time, I have started to feel that the pack system does not work fairly or consistently. Spending such a large amount of tokens without receiving any satisfying results has seriously affected my motivation to continue playing.
For this reason, I request that my account’s pack-opening history be reviewed and that Show Time and legendary packs be granted to my account as compensation for the negative experience I have had. As a player who has invested both time and money into the game, I would like to see a more fair and rewarding experience.
