eFootball Mobile Epic Players Never Appear — Drop Rate Complaint

I have been playing eFootball Mobile on my Redmi 13X device for about a month, during which I’ve spent around $24. However, despite repeated attempts, I never get any epic players in the draws, and this issue keeps happening every time. Because of this, I’ve stopped enjoying the game — it feels unfair and discouraging.

I’m requesting that Konami review and improve the drop rates for epic players and make adjustments to the game’s probability system so that players can have a more balanced and enjoyable experience.
