Konami eFootball Account Hacked And I Cannot Access Due To Two Step Verification

I am an eFootball player on Android, and my game is linked to a Konami account. On 27/03/2026, I noticed that someone else had gained unauthorized access to my Konami account. This person changed the security settings and activated two-step verification, and I have lost access to the Gmail address connected to the account, even though I still know my Konami ID and password. At the moment, I only have access to my Google Play account, but I cannot properly use my Konami eFootball account because of this unauthorized access and the two-step verification set up by the other person. I am very worried that this person can continue to use my account and my game data without my permission.
