Account Recovery For My Konami Account

I have been playing eFootball on mobile and I recently lost access to my account due to hacking. On 13 September 2026 I was last able to log in normally, and afterwards my account appears to have been hacked and the email address linked to it was changed without my consent. After noticing that I could not access my account anymore, I contacted Konami support and requested help. However, the only response I received was that I supposedly do not have a Konami ID, even though I had been using the same account to play eFootball before it was hacked. I am asking Konami to investigate this case, recover my hacked eFootball mobile account, and restore access to me as the legitimate user. I would like my original account, progress and any associated data to be returned to me.
