eFootball KONAMI ID Hacked – Unknown Email Linked Without Permission

I have a Konami ID linked to eFootball, and my account appears to have been hacked and accessed without my permission. I live in Ghana and always log in from here, but I received an automatic email with a Konami verification code even though I did not try to sign in or change anything. This makes me think that someone else tried to access my account. After this, my own email address was removed from the account and a different email, “hadiaiman1***@gmail.com”, which does not belong to me, was linked instead. Because of this, I can no longer manage or secure my account, and I am very worried that my account and personal data are being misused by someone else. I kindly request that my Konami / eFootball account be checked for unauthorized access, that the unknown email be removed from my account, that my own email address be re‑linked correctly, and that full access be restored to me as the rightful owner.
