eFootball Ads Not Working on Samsung A12

I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with watching ads in the eFootball mobile game. I am using a Samsung A12 phone running Android, and whenever I try to watch an ad in the game, I repeatedly receive the message: “Unable to play ad – server connection timed out (Error code: 2147483647).” Ads work very rarely, and most of the time they do not load at all.

This issue does not appear to affect only me; I have seen many other players experiencing the same problem. Because the system that allows players to watch ads in exchange for in-game rewards is not working properly, we are unable to fully benefit from the game.

I request that eFootball identify and permanently fix the server or technical issue causing this ad playback problem as soon as possible, ensure that advertisements work reliably, and provide an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience experienced by affected players.
