829Dear EDream Authorities, Thank you for taking the time to read my email. My name is Karemera K. John. I recently used EDREAM to purchase a ticket to Madrid on June 16, 2024, for which I was correctly charged 251.55 euros on my bank card. However, today at 16:30, an unauthorized deduction of 89.99 euros was made from my account, as indicated in the attached evidence.
