eDreams Customer Service Refuses Refund


On July 15, 2024, I decided to rent a car and, after researching online, I visited Skyscanner’s website, believing it to be a trustworthy platform. Through Skyscanner, I was somehow redirected to eDreams, where I ended up booking a Citroen vehicle from Ziraat Filo for one month (July 20 - August 21). My reservation number is 159883710. The payment was made online using my wife Şirin Erg**** Ham******’s Akbank credit card.
However, Ziraat Filo never confirmed my reservation. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I was unable to reach anyone at Ziraat Filo, and my emails went unanswered. Struggling to resolve the issue, I eventually canceled my reservation through the eDreams website as directed by Skyscanner. However, three days have passed, and I still have not received a refund.
I hold Skyscanner responsible for this issue, as they redirected me to eDreams. I have been trying to communicate with eDreams via WhatsApp for two days without any resolution. Skyscanner has responded by saying there’s nothing they can do. I am requesting that my issue be addressed and my refund processed immediately.
