I booked a car rental with eDreams for my trip to Jordan on April 7, 2024, using Skyscanner's car hire page. My credit card was debited the same day, and I received an email headed "Car Rental Reservation Confirmation - Ref: JO103877630," verifying my reservation.

When I came at Thrifty in Jordan to pick up the car on April 9, 2024, I was told that my reservation had not been validated and that there were no vehicles available. They recommended me to contact the rental firm, eDreams, for help. However, because eDreams does not include a phone number, I sent an email and received no answer. This is the first step of my distress.


Seyahatim sonrası para iadesi alabilmek için eDreams'e defalarca mail attım ancak bir dönüş alamadım. Herhangi bir telefon numaraları bulunmadığından farklı iletisim kanalları bulmaya çalıştım ve bir Chatbox.com üzerinden iletisim sağladım. Daha sonra tarafıma bir mail atıldı fakat bu mailin takibinde hiçbir işlem yapılmadı ve maillerime de geri dönüş yapılmıyor.

Yaşattıkları mağduriyet bir yana bir aydır paramı iade etmiyorlar. Acilen ücretimin iade edilmesini talep ediyorum. Ayrıca Skyscanner dan talebim ise ilgili şirketle iş ortaklığını sonlandırması.
