Request to Correct Name on eDreams Flight Ticket

I bought a ticket through eDreams for Paris - Sabiha Gokcen - Kayseri. However, at the airport, they said there was no information about my booking, even though the reservation was made and money was charged. Despite entering the Customer Name correctly, a different name appeared on the ticket. We called eDreams, but they refused to take our call because we weren't premium customers.
