eDreams Prime Charge Mistakenly Taken - Refund Request
I am writing regarding an unwanted charge of €99.99 taken from my Belgian bank account yesterday for an eDreams Prime subscription. When I accepted Prime, I clearly believed it was a free service or a free trial, and I did not intend to pay this amount. After noticing the charge, I tried several times to contact your customer service, but I only reached an AI assistant that eventually gave me a phone number I cannot call from Belgium, leaving me unable to resolve this issue directly with you. I request a full refund of the €99.99 that was charged and the immediate cancellation of my eDreams Prime membership. I also ask that you ensure no further amounts are taken from my account in the future.
