eDreams Marked My Ticket as Nonrefundable Only After I Paid for the Package

I’m very disappointed with eDreams. They have a very strange system. I bought a flight and hotel as a package, and I received a package detail with the total price. Nowhere did it mention whether the ticket was refundable or not. Only after I completed the entire booking did it say the ticket was non-refundable. I paid a lot of money, and I truly don’t recommend eDreams. I’m really disappointed!
