Edreams Charged Without Issuing Ticket After Failed Booking
On September 25, I tried to purchase a ticket through Edreams because I found the cheapest airfare there. During the purchase, the system repeatedly displayed the warning “payment not completed,” and the transaction was canceled without any reason. However, even though no ticket was issued, about a month later 350 TL was charged to my credit card.
After this happened, I tried to reach Edreams customer service, but I could not find anyone to address my issue. No explanation was given, and no refund was made.
I demand both an explanation for this charge and a full refund of the amount taken.
