Edreams Charged My Card 349 TL Twice Monthly For Unwanted Membership
I purchased a ticket from the website Edreams for an Istanbul–Skopje flight. However, during the purchase process, a membership was unknowingly started, and my credit card began being charged 349 TL twice a month. The first charges occurred on September 5 and September 22, and these payments have been taken for two months in total.
When I tried to cancel the membership and request a refund, I was only able to reach Indian customer representatives who responded in difficult-to-understand English. There is no Turkish-language support, and I had great difficulty explaining my issue.
I request a full refund of the membership charges and the complete cancellation of my membership. The payments were made through my Akbank credit card. I expect this problem to be resolved as soon as possible.
