I don't know if I bought any tickets with eDreams between June 20 and 23, 2025. If I did, why didn't eDreams send me any tickets or confirmation? I know for sure that I tried to book through eDreams, but it didn't work, so I had to book directly with FlySafair. I still had to pay eDreams R3,563.55 on June 23, 2025, though (Reference: 74697695172920052011906). Here are the details of the FlySafair tickets I bought after eDreams let me down: FlySafair JE16MJ:44 charged R3,867.37 on June 23, 2025 (Reference: 74067245171149875218814). I also saw another charge of R195 on July 8, 2025, with the name "EDREAMS PRIM" (Reference: 74697695187920047584887). I never signed up for this service. Please cancel this charge and give me back both amounts.
