Awful Service From eDreams

I made a hotel reservation through eDreams for Hotel Galleria Pyramids View Hotel in Cairo, Egypt, with the stay date of 17 January 2026. After making the booking, I realized that the hotel location information shown on eDreams was wrong and did not match the actual location of the property. This misleading location information affected my travel plans and the choice of hotel, and caused a very stressful experience for me in a foreign country. My eDreams booking number is 24454601645. I chose this hotel based on the location, as it was presented on the eDreams platform, and if the correct location had been shown, I would not have made this reservation. Although I provided eDreams with all the evidence and clearly explained that the wrong location information was entirely their fault, my refund request was refused, which I find unfair and unacceptable. I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid for this reservation and for eDreams to review and correct the hotel location information to prevent other customers from experiencing the same problem.
