About six months ago, we purchased a Voit Big Foot Scooter from E-Bebek. Over time, the section where the handlebar connects to the foot platform—which should remain firmly fixed—became loose and started turning. As a result, the steering now shifts side to side, making it impossible to use the scooter effectively.
To solve the issue, I contacted Voit’s official website through their WhatsApp support line and requested a spare part. Unfortunately, I received no response. I also searched online but could not find the required replacement part anywhere.
I am requesting that the necessary spare part be supplied so that the scooter can be repaired and used properly again.
