I Bought an Ideal Baby Lock From eBebek but It Comes Off Without Any Force

34

The Ideal Baby cabinet lock I bought from the eBebek store is supposed to be a child lock, but I say “supposed to” because it comes off without applying any force at all. What a poor-quality product—yet we buy these for our children’s safety. I tested it on multiple surfaces thinking I might be doing something wrong, but the result was always the same. There is clearly a design flaw or lack of quality control. We trust you with our children's well-being, but clearly, it means so little. Please do not use or recommend the products sold at eBebek stores. We are expecting an explanation from the eBebek store, and hopefully, they will take the necessary action.
