Ebebek Baby Mom Breast Pump Defective On Arrival, Refund Requested
On September 16, 2025, I purchased a Baby Mom single breast pump from the Ebebek online store. When I first opened the box and tried to use the product, I discovered that the device did not perform any suction at all.
The product was delivered with an invoice and is still under warranty. I immediately contacted Ebebek customer service to resolve the issue, but so far, I have not received any response.
My invoice number is W002025001414764 and my order number is 5829*560.
Since the product is defective from the start and completely unusable, I am requesting a full refund of my payment and expect Ebebek to handle this issue urgently.
