I ordered the eBay Iron Man Hulkbuster 2.0 Figure 8'' Zd Toys Avengers Armor LED Mark 44 Statue (Order Number: 02-12367-71066), but the seller has completely ignored my messages. Despite contacting them 4-5 times, I haven’t received any response or updates about my order.

This lack of communication has left me feeling frustrated and helpless. I don’t want to lose my money over this, but I also have no idea how to proceed with a refund or resolve the issue since the seller is unresponsive.

I need urgent assistance from eBay to address this problem, help me get in touch with the seller, or initiate a refund process. This level of service is unacceptable.
