I Paid for 3 Hitachi LMG7420PLFC-X LCDs on eBay But Never Received Them

I placed an order on eBay and fully paid for three 5.1'' Hitachi LMG7420PLFC-X LCD screens. Despite weeks—now months—passing, the items were never delivered, and I have yet to receive a resolution from eBay or the seller. I submitted a complaint and attached proof of purchase, including visual evidence showing I completed payment, yet no proper response or solution has been provided.

I am extremely frustrated by the lack of communication and accountability. This is not a minor delay, but a completely undelivered order for which I’ve already paid. If no action is taken immediately, I will be forced to escalate the issue to relevant consumer protection authorities.

eBay must urgently investigate this and ensure my order is fulfilled or refunded in full. I expect a clear, timely response.
