eBay Seller Sent Me an Empty Package, I Cannot Take Action!
An eBay seller sent me an empty package, and there was nothing inside. I cannot message the seller because my account has been suspended. I tried to start a request by selecting the missing parts option, but I keep getting an error message saying, "Something went wrong. It is not you, it is us. Go back and try again." This is making me extremely anxious, and I do not know what to do. This seller is a fraud. When I checked his account, I saw multiple negative reviews about him. He has deceived not only me but also other buyers a month and six months ago by sending them empty packages. After seeing these complaints, I immediately canceled my order and messaged the seller, telling him that the same product he sold me, with the same pictures, had been listed six months ago and that an empty package was sent to that buyer as well. However, the seller ignored my cancellation request and quickly shipped an empty package to me instead. I have videos and photos as proof. Right now, I am in a state of distress and fear. I have been waiting for hours for eBay to call me through the chat, but no one has contacted me. Is this the level of trust and value that eBay provides to its buyers? I paid my money, received an empty package, and now I cannot even take action. I am truly at my breaking point with frustration.
