PS5 FC 25 Directional Buttons Not Working Properly – Game Unplayable

I bought FC 25 for PS5, but the directional buttons are malfunctioning. When I press up, the player just loses control of the ball. I even tried a brand-new controller, but the same issue persists. The directional controls are clearly broken, and it’s making the game unplayable. This problem isn’t just happening to me; my friend’s console is experiencing the exact same issue. We paid a lot for this game, and now we can’t even play it properly. EA Sports, please fix this immediately!
