Player Substitution Issue on EA FC 25 for PS5

I recently purchased the EA FC 25 PS5 console version, and I am unable to make any player substitutions during gameplay. This issue is extremely frustrating, especially after spending a significant amount of money on the game.

I’m unsure if there’s a solution available or if we’re just expected to wait for an update to fix this problem. How can such a basic feature not function properly in a game of this caliber? It feels like the product was released without proper testing.

I urge EA to address this issue immediately and release a patch to resolve it. Players deserve a seamless experience, and this is far from acceptable.
