FC25 PS5 Career Mode Freezes During Player Substitutions

I am experiencing persistent freezing issues while playing FC25 on my PS5, particularly in Career Mode. Every time I make a player substitution, the game freezes completely. Pressing the circle button to proceed has no effect, forcing me to shut down the game entirely. This disrupts the gaming experience and makes the Career Mode unplayable.

Additionally, I’ve noticed minor freezing when I turn on the PlayStation itself, which could be related. These performance issues are frustrating, and I’m seeking an immediate solution. I expect FC25 or PlayStation support to provide guidance to fix these problems as soon as possible. It’s disappointing to face such technical issues on a next-gen console.
