I Keep Losing My Formation Settings in FC25 Career Mode as Manager

I’ve been playing FC25 Manager Career Mode, and I’m beyond frustrated with a recurring issue that makes the game nearly unplayable. Every time I set my team’s formation and player roles, the game resets them or changes them on its own. I try to fix it by going into the tactics screen, but the layout stays stuck or reverts back to a previous setup. It’s as if my changes never save.

The worst part is that this directly affects match performance—players are out of position, tactics don’t reflect my input, and I’m forced to play with a lineup I didn’t choose. This isn’t just a small bug—it ruins the immersion and strategy that Career Mode is supposed to offer.

I’m asking EA Sports to fix this immediately. I didn’t pay good money for a broken experience. Career Mode should allow users to manage their teams without having to reapply tactics every time. If you claim to offer a full managerial simulation, at least make sure the game respects the settings we apply. Please patch this issue as soon as possible.
