EA Sports FC 26 Seasons Wins Not Recorded When Opponent Quits

I am experiencing a serious match result issue while playing the Seasons mode in EA Sports FC 26 on PlayStation 5. In matches where I am clearly leading my opponent by scores such as 3-0 or 4-0, the opposing player sometimes quits the match. Normally, when an opponent leaves a match, my win should be recorded in my statistics. However, these matches are completely disregarded and are not added to my season wins.

Because of this issue, the matches I have worked hard to win are essentially wasted, and my season points and win record remain lower than they should be. The opponent quitting the match is completely outside of my control, yet I am being penalized because the system does not record my victory.

I would like this issue to be investigated to determine whether it is a technical error and for the matches that were not properly recorded on my account to be reviewed. I also request a permanent solution that ensures the winning player's victory is automatically and correctly recorded by the system whenever an opponent quits a match in Seasons mode.

I believe players' efforts and hard-earned victories should be accurately reflected in the system, and I kindly request that this issue be investigated and that I receive a response regarding the outcome.
