They Are Stalling For Dyson Vacuum Cleaner Spare Parts

V15 Detect Absolute: The vacuum cleaner I purchased in November 2023 for ₺20,000 malfunctioned in December 2023. It's been about 4 months now. They keep delaying, claiming that they don't have spare parts in stock. Everything seems fine until the sale, but afterward, they disappear... Their responses via phone or social media applications are always the same: "Upon checking, the part you requested is not currently in stock, so it will be shipped once the stock is updated." It's definitely not a reliable brand.
