I Face Dyson PH05 Constant Water Tank Error After Purchase

I purchased a Dyson PH05 Purifier from Dyson’s Forum İstanbul AVM store for 28,99 k on 30.11.2025 under the name RAGIP **ANLI MAL** M**AV*RL*K. From the very first moment I started using the device, it has been giving a constant error stating that the water tank is not attached, even though the tank is properly in place, and I have not been able to use the product at all. Dyson’s technician conducted a video call and confirmed that there is a sensor malfunction, indicating that the product is defective.

I have been experiencing this problem since 30.11.2025. When I contacted Dyson customer service, they have been telling me for about 10 days that they will issue my invoice and get back to me afterward, but no concrete solution has been provided, and the process has not moved forward in any way. Considering both the price I paid and the trust I had in the brand, this situation has been quite disappointing for me.

Regarding this defective product, I request that my Dyson PH05 Purifier be replaced with a new one of the same model as a one-to-one exchange. I kindly ask that the matter be reviewed urgently and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible. Additionally, since my invoice has not been issued for 10 days, I have already taken the necessary steps through the Revenue Administration and CİMER.
