Dyson Invoice Error and Poor Post-Sale Support
There was an error in Dyson's invoice for my purchase. After numerous attempts to clarify the situation to customer service and ask for a correction to the invoice, their response was, "We are unable to make any changes to your invoice." If you're not satisfied, feel free to return the product. They seem to be conveying a message of firmness and confidence in their sales approach. Although the product is of excellent quality, the after-sales service leaves much to be desired. I really hope they handle service requests differently.

Despite selecting a corporate invoice for my order, an individual invoice was issued and they still haven't corrected it. Their accounting says one thing and customer service says another. They have neither a proper system nor infrastructure. Their reputation is for quality, but the management running the brand in Turkey is a complete fiasco. If you've bought a Dyson, pray it doesn't break, because they won't stand behind it either.
