Dyson Sent My V15 Without Accessories and Refuses to Fix the Issue
I bought a Dyson V15, but two of the accessories that were supposed to be in the box weren't there. I reached out to Dyson support about the problem, but they told me that "the contents of our products can vary, and we can't make changes to the box design." It's annoying to pay a lot of money and end up with something that's not complete, especially when they say it's not their problem. I think the service should be better, especially for a high-end product like this. Could you please send me the missing parts, or arrange to take the product back? I didn't expect this kind of service when I bought it from Dyson, and I hope they fix it soon.
