I purchased a Dyson V16 vacuum cleaner from a store in November, at the time when it was first released and there was no ongoing campaign. Today I saw that there is a current campaign for the same product and that two different pieces of equipment are being given as gifts with it. As someone who has trusted the Dyson brand for a long time and has bought its products before, I find this situation unfair and upsetting for loyal customers who paid full price without any advantages. I believe that customers who buy the product early, without waiting for a campaign and without benefiting from any advantage, should not be disadvantaged afterward. I therefore request that the two gift equipments currently offered in the ongoing campaign for the Dyson V16 be provided to me as well, so that I am not treated differently from customers who purchased later under the campaign. I kindly ask that my dissatisfaction be resolved and that Dyson offer a solution that also takes care of its loyal customers in such situations.
